VetStock, Vets Helping Vets. The name is synonymous with an unparalleled passion and tireless volunteer efforts to improve the lives of our area’s former and present Armed Services men, women and families. Vetstock is excited to announce its first VetStock Weekend-August 20th and 21st.
On August 20th, the Malibu Dude Ranch in Milford will be the site of VetStock’s all-day shotgun turkey shoot and small and large bore handgun poker card shoot for competitive shooting enthusiasts. Pre-register on each Saturday night at the VetStock booth at the rodeo or by emailing VetStockAmerica@gmail.com! Competitions will begin at 9 a.m. and conclude at 2 p.m. Morning of event registration begins at 8 a.m. sharp. Shotgun Turkey Shoot fee is $25 - each entrant receives one target and three 12 gauge shells. Extra targets are $7, includes three shells. Small Bore/Large Bore Handgun Poker Shoot fee is $20, your gun, your ammo. Each entrant gets one poker card target. 5 shots, best hand wins! Extra targets are $5 each.
All entrants will be given a discount toward the rodeo extravaganza following the shooting event. VetStock is also set to be at the ranch for its entire season and will accompany the rodeo heroes to Atlantic City for the Veterans Championship Rodeo, the highly competitive rodeo finals held the weekend of November 11 and 12. Malibu Dude Ranch is an exciting venue that pays tribute to American Cowboys, our frontier heroes who pioneered their way through a lawless West. Bull riding, bareback riding, barrel racing, roping, and steer wrestling rough riders compete each Saturday night in the ranch’s 2,000-seat professional arena. Complete with rodeo clown antics and captivating intermission performances, Malibu Ranch rodeos begin at 7 p.m. with a patriotic tribute to all branches of the Armed Services as the presentation of each division's flag is proudly carried into the arena on horseback and followed by Old Glory. Guaranteed family fun!

Founded in 2012 by our area’s Tom Ryan, Rich Diaz and Kelly Gaughan, VetStock’s sole mission is to raise funds for those veteran organizations that have not developed strong local fundraising capabilities in both Pike and Monroe counties and the greater Northeast PA region. Deeply committed to its motto, “Vets Helping Vets,” the non-profit VetStock only donates monies to legitimate veteran organizations that have been thoroughly vetted in order to ensure that all funds raised go directly to veterans, their families and to those organizations servicing veterans. Since its inception in 2012, VetStock has raised and donated more than $75,000 in keeping with its mission, and its not-for-profit 501c3 status affords tax deduction benefits to all its contributors. As the season gets underway, VetStock Executive Director Tom Ryan welcomes one and all to join in the host of these and upcoming events as “we all work together to improve the lives of the brave young warriors and their families who have sacrificed so much for our country.”
